What's your return policy?

New, unworn Mosey merch can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items from our Mosey Pals (other brands you buy directly through Mosey) and pre-loved pieces are final sale, but please, keep them in play.

How do I start a return / get a return label?

Email us at hello@meetmosey.com with your order number and which item you'd like to send back. We'll reply with a prepaid return label, usually within one business day.

Questions about a specific item? Just ask. We read every email.

A few things worth knowing:

1. Returns are free on new Mosey merch items within 30 days, unworn with tags attached.

2. Pre-loved items are final sale. Everything is graded and photographed before it's listed, so you know exactly what you're getting.

3. Credit lands back on your original payment method once the item is inspected, usually within a few days of arrival.
